It was established in 2009 with reference books for higher education students. This is a reference library with the required facilities for Civil Services and other All India Services aspirants. Number of books in the library exceeds 5,000. On all accounts it is on the path of development. Digitalization process of the library is on the way. Internet facility is provided for the visitors
